We provide a confidential outsourcing service and never contact your client directly, unless you specifically tell us to do so.

IRIS Outsourcing uses a simple 4-step implementation process to minimise the time and energy it takes for you to start using our services.
- You will attend a scoping call with our team where we will go through your specific requirements
- You will receive access to our shared portal, from which you can access and fill-in your Job Checklist
- You provide us with access to your software (if you don’t currently use any software, we can offer you our software solution)
- Once we have confirmed your service requirements, we will start working on your outsourced tasks immediately.

We operate on a policy of transparency and collaboration. Before we begin working with you, we will ask you how long it takes you to complete the work you’re outsourcing and compare this with our typical timelines.
If we think that the work is going to take significantly longer that your estimated completion times, we will contact you and explain the reasons why and go through our typical timelines with you.
Only once you’re absolutely clear on timings and cost estimates and happy with our services will we proceed to the implementation stage.
