Forgotten password(s) in IRIS AML
Resolution
If there is an Admin user/login, they can change a user’s password.
To do this, they login and go to:
- ‘MRLO / Administrator Functions’
- Firm Personnel
- Double left click the user name (Or highlight and open) | Login details | Change password
- The Admin user can then leave the old password blank, and then enter a new password and click OK.
- The user can then login and change their own to what they see fit.
In order to recover the MASTER password in AML you will need to do the following:
1) Send us a company headed letter asking for the password to be decoded/reset. This will need to be signed by a partner or director. It is fine to scan the letter and send it as an attachment to an email. Send this to support@iris.co.uk
2) We will need to connect to your machine and take a copy of one of the configuration files, of run the password clear.
We can login anytime between 9am-12pm or 2pm-5pm, let us know when is most convenient for you when sending the letter.
