Problem

A small number of users have reported a problem where the amount of Interest and/or Dividends received no longer shows on page TR3 on a particular return, even though that return has already been completed and submitted successfully to HMRC. The information is still available in the backing schedule accessed via the fanned pages icon but no longer appears on the return, which means it no longer flows through to the calculation summary.

Resolution

Removing FBI status will unlock the return and refresh the values if necessary but we would recommend printing a copy of the HMRC receipt prior to this. Alternatively please contact Support on 0344 815 5555 to arrange for a data fix to reinsert the missing values behind the scenes.
