Problem

User's can recieve an error message when searching in DOCS that says 'The results may be incomplete because one or more secure stores are currently unavailable'

Resolution

default stores | When searching in Docs: One or more secure stores are currently unavailable
The results may be incomplete because one or more secure stores are currently unavailable

Users who receive this error will need to have the INVU V6 Search engine restarted on the IRIS Docs server:

  • Connect onto IRIS Docs server
  • Start | Run | Services.msc
  • Restart the following services

• INVU V6 Indexing Engine
• INVU V6 Search Engine
• INVU V6 Secure Access Server

Whilst this is restarting users will not be able to carry out any searches within IRIS Docs
