PCSR - Blank forms not populating with client data

Problem

When generating the printed forms no client information is populating, the template is blank.

Resolution

Please check the Printers within the Settings on the computer. There must be a default printer selected. If a default printer is already selected, please try a different one as a test. Restart the PTP Share Register application and try the print again.
