OS-102: We are sorry, the application has encountered a problem while processing your request
We have had some reports that when clients try to login to OpenSpace via the email link, they may encounter the error message “We are sorry, the application has encountered a problem while processing your request” when trying to login to OpenSpace.
This issue is now resolved as per our hotfix carried out on the 2nd of June.
If you modified the email link to work around the issue, please feel free to revert back. You can do this by logging into your admin account for OpenSpace, go to settings, customisation, email templates.
If you replaced ##UploadedFileTemplate## with ##ClientSiteRoot## then please revert back using the reset to default button or simply change ##ClientSiteRoot## back to ##UploadedFileTemplate## ensure you click SAVE.
