Problem
When trying to use the function 'Email Client Report' the user gets the following messages:
Resolution
![Outlook is present but there is a problem connecting to it.
Verify you can start Outlook if it is not already open.
If it os open, check it is not locked by a dialog box being open or by an email edit in progress

![IRIS Bureau Payroll can not determne if you have a compatible version of Microsoft Outlook installed.
The Email Favourites function is only compatible with Outlook 2000, 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013.

This will occur if you are attempting to use Outlook 365.
At this time IRIS Bureau Payroll & IRIS Payroll Business are not compatible with Outlook 365.
A future release will include this functionality.
