Important changes to your IRIS Bookkeeping software
As a forward thinking software business we regularly review our portfolio of products to ensure we can successfully continue to offer the quality of service required by our valued customers.
As part of this process, it has been identified that a number of factors – including not least the recent withdrawal of support by Microsoft for the Windows XP operating system means we regrettably now need to announce 6 months’ notice of our intention to retire the IRIS Bookkeeping product from service. The retirement means that the product will no longer be supported from 5th September 2016.

As of the 6th September 2016 you will no longer have access to the support team for any queries. We will still release critical updates, but this will be only done when it is essential.
We recommend that you upgrade to the KashFlow bookkeeping solution. KashFlow is “cloud hosted”, which means you can use it wherever you have internet access.
With features that simplify and automate your invoicing, tax returns, reports, bank feeds, credit control and even payroll, you’ll free up hours of your time letting you focus on what you do best; running your business. Since KashFlow is cloud-based, you can access it from any web-ready device, no matter where you are.
If you’re visiting a prospect and want to issue a quote, there’s no need to wait until you return to your office. Our accounting software can be used on your smartphone, letting you create quotes on the go that you can email directly. -
For as little as £10 per month (+ VAT), you can have access to KashFlow. There are no associated upfront costs, as pricing is based on a monthly subscription model.
The on-going costs associated with KashFlow are the same each month based on the pricing plan you have signed up for.

On the anniversary of renewal you will be charged for annual renewal. This will be to cover the costs of developing any critical updates. You can continue to use the product as normal, but you will not be able to contact the support team with any queries.
