Problem
When trying to delete E-checklists in Personal Tax you receive an error message: "Failed to delete e-checklist. Object reference not set to an instance of an object".
Resolution
This issue has been investigated by the Development Team and has been confirmed as a DEFECT in IRIS Openspace.
Currently we do not have a date for a fix.
The replication steps are as follows in IRIS Personal Tax :
- Administration
- e-Checklists
- e-Checklist Status
- Select the user
- Delete
This happen when right clicking the user and deleting.
