Resolution
The development team have investigated this issue and identified a resolution.
This resolution will be included in the 20.3 service pack, due to be released the week commencing the 23rd of November.
The workaround in the intermin is to close the Personal Tax Module and re-open after a document has been archived into Docs successfully.
