IRIS Live set to help organisations navigate the next normal
London, UK, 11 November 2020: IRIS Software Group is today announcing a host of new product launches ahead of IRIS Live, which is set to take place from Monday 16th November and run through Friday 20th November.
As we adjust to the second national lockdown and uncertainty continues, we must be ready for the next normal. IRIS Live will bring together leaders across education, accountancy, small and medium enterprises and large medium businesses for a week of discussion, debate and knowledge-sharing which will enable professionals to look forward with certainty.
Alongside leaving no stone unturned when investigating the ways professionals and industry leaders can navigate the next normal, IRIS will also announce a number of product and service updates and launches during the event.

IRIS Analytics centralises all the financial data across the organisation; crucially connecting it to all the organisation’s data in other IRIS systems, such as IRIS Financials. This centralisation provides a holistic view of their financial status at any moment in time so leaders can look forward with confidence.
IRIS Invoice Matcher – save time and money on invoicing: IRIS Invoice Matcher now automatically reads and pairs invoices with the relevant financial records as they come into an organisation. This reduces invoice processing costs by up to 80% and makes the process up to 71% faster than manual invoice processing.
IRIS Fully Managed Payroll – scalable payroll for all business sizes: Following the collaboration of FMP Global business with IRIS Managed Payroll, IRIS is offering managed payroll services for businesses of all sizes, ranging from micro businesses through small, medium enterprises to global international businesses.
IRIS HR Professional and IRIS Payroll integration – enhance security and compliance: Critical employee details typically stored in a company’s HR system can now be easily transferred between IRIS HR Professionals and IRIS Payroll Business.
This integration enables payroll managers to run accurate payroll by removing manual data entry and potential keying errors and automating processes. In turn this enables organisations to remain GDPR compliant by limiting the access to information required to run payroll and enhancing security.
MyePayWindow – take the pain out of payroll: My ePay Window now allows payroll professionals who are running Bureau’s to securely deliver payslips, P60s and other documents to their customers, and employees. MyePayWindow is now also compatible with a number of IRIS products across the payroll suite including; IRIS Payroll Professional, Earnie, IRIS Payroll Business, IRIS Bureau Payroll and IRIS Payroll for Accountants. The software empowers employers, reducing dependency on the payroll team for payslip requests, username queries and password resets.
IRIS Virtual Payroll Assistant (VPA) – combine automation with bureau task management: IRIS Virtual Payroll Assistant (VPA) both automates client payrolls and keeps track and provides full oversight of all payroll processing activity.
