Practice Engine Winter US User Group (Part 1)

Our Practice Engine webinar: Winter UK User Group meeting for December was split into two sessions to provide updates on our current development work – where we are at, when it will be released and our future development plans as well as providing an opportunity for attendees to feedback on feature requests.

In this first session we presented an overview of the current version 9.7, a dive into what’s coming in 9.8 and we took a look at the roadmap with what is on the cards for the next 12 months. We finished off the session by discussing what Integrations we have already done and what is our plan for integrations in the future.

Our second session provides an overview of our plans for Scheduling, including gathering feedback on features to be included.

We also presented our plans for the next project – Data Insights and gathered feedback on what we have planned. Additionally, Gregory Petrossian from CSG Pro, presented a session on how the Data Warehouse can be used with Power BI to add value to reporting.

We rounded off this session with our New functionality Poll where attendees were able to vote on proposed feature requests for inclusion into future releases.
