Problem
When trying to calculate payroll or ammend pension details in an employees record while in the 21/22 tax year user gets the error:
Resolution
To correct this error please download the following file:
Once you have download the file, copy it into your GP Payroll installtion folder, this is normally C:\payroll
Windows should prompt you the file already exists in the folder, click the option to replace the existing file.
When you restart GP Payroll payroll calculations for 21/22 will work correctly.
