IRIS Cascade Q4 2021 Product Update
October to December 2021 Update
We are constantly striving to enhance the functionality IRIS Cascade delivers to its users. This product update provides information on new features, enhancements and fixes developed during October to December 2021.
All new features and enhancements arise from feedback and suggestions from customers.
We’re continually fixing bugs, improving security and enhancing features. Full details of all major releases can be found on your Community Portal.
This release includes a selection of HR & Payroll enhancements, including:
- Auditing of Users, Profiles and Roles
- Font size change on Awards and Branding Settings pages in Administration
- Improved browser zoom and browser font size adjustment support for better accessibility
- Global employee updates available for ‘Include in Gender Pay Gap’
- Element import screen changes
- Element import bulk importing pay element history
Auditing Users, Profiles and Roles is only available ‘by request’ from the service desk. To produce a report we will need a start and end date and ideally the username of the employee who made the changes

- Various new UI enhancements
- Reason field added to the Global Uplift
- Validation added to Date of Birth field
- Payroll – Bulk import of rate values
- 2022/2023 Legislation updates
