Problem
Opening IRIS Docs when Office Applications are open you receive an error message
Resolution
When opening IRIS Docs whilst you have Office Applications open you receive an error message as shown below stating you have Instances of this application running so you cannot open Docs.
There is a required download of a Microsoft product to make this work as normal.
To get this to run, go to the programme of DOCS in the start menu, right click and run as administrator.
This should force through the Microsoft software required which is .NET Framework needing to be updated on the clients machine.
