3312 Balance sheet or director date of approval is missing

Resolution

To resolve this go into data screens / company information / dates of reports / dates of directors approval as below

Even if the dates are correct , occasionally this screen needs a reset so click on file on top left and revert to default values. This will only remove information in this screen.

You then re enter the dates, save and re run the IXBRL report ad submit .
