IRIS P11D or 64-8 When generate get error: Taxi box allocation error. Box id200. Box page 1. Fill id 200. This box has 0 lines or 0 columns

Resolution

This is an environmental issue on your PC workstation/remote server/host causing this error when generating a P11D or 64-8. This may affect other reports as its linked to IRIS version and FONT size.

First ensure you are on the latest IRIS version: Help and About, and then ‘Check for downloads’ to find the latest version.

If you still have the same issue on latest IRIS version then use this font workaround.
If its P11D: Go to P11D for this client | Go to Reports | Print P11D – Car Benefit Report | Selected Personnel | Group Setup | Go to every section on the left side of the window under ‘Font Groups’ | Click Advanced Settings | Tax Return Boxes – change settings | Change Font Size to 11/12

If its 64-8 then on the Report output screen, click DETAILS and find the ‘Font’ option and make the relevant correction to font size

If Font Size 11/12 doesn’t work then try another font size.

If none of the font changes work: Then it will be a environmental setting causing this – ask if another PC workstation can be used to run the P11D or 64-8. As it can be linked to a technical setup made on that one affected pc. It could also be linked to your printers and that needs to be checked as well (eg try and update the drivers), you will need to get your technical team to look into this.
