Resolution
We have received reports of an error when filing form AA02 to Companies House through IRIS Company Secretarial.
Error code: 9999 Error message: The Taxonomy http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk./ef/xbrl/fr/gaap/ae/2009-06-21/uk-gaap-ae-2009-06-21.xsd is not recognised. This process has been terminated. Please contact IRIS Support.
The AA02 form can no longer be electronically filed through IRIS Company Secretarial. Instead, please file Dormant Company Accounts through IRIS Accounts Production, or file the AA02 form by paper.
