Problem
If the Enhanced Security feature has been enabled previously, the following error occurs when logging into PTP Tax Expense after updating to version 23.1.224
Resolution
The warning is appearing even when the correct details have been entered.
This issue has been fixed in version 23.1.234 (or later), which is available here https://www.iris.co.uk/support/ptp-software-support/downloads/.
