We have developed e-Approval within IRIS OpenSpace to be fully compliant with the UK Electronic Communications Act.

For the best experience with IRIS OpenSpace, we recommend using any of the following internet browsers:

IRIS OpenSpace does not work with Microsoft IE7 or earlier versions.

Yes, all documents and files on your IRIS OpenSpace account are stored securely and are backed up.

IRIS OpenSpace is part of the Microsoft Azure platform, which operates using Locally Redundant Storage. This means that there are 3 copies of all data stored at the Microsoft data centre; including files stored on your IRIS OpenSpace account.

If, for example, the main storage was to fail, Azure would instantly switch over to one of the backups. This means there won’t be any effect on you, your IRIS OpenSpace account, or the data within.

Yes, you can use IRIS OpenSpace on your phone, tablet, or other internet-ready digital device.

To get into your IRIS OpenSpace account, all you need is access to an up-to-date internet browser and an internet connection.

However, web browsers do not allow ‘uploads’ of anything but images from the camera or photo album. This means you won’t be able to, for example, upload a PDF stored on the device unless you use an external app like Dropbox or OneDrive.
