I am unable to file AA02 submissions as I am getting an error message when doing so
Resolution
Following the recent changes to companies house, when trying to file an AA02 submission in IRIS Company Secretarial you get the following error message.
Dormant accounts, Error 9999 – Dormant accounts – For accounts not identified as ‘amended/revised’, there must be no use of the ‘Original’ member of the ‘Original and Revised Data’ dimension anywhere in the report.
The process has been terminated. For more information, please contact IRIS support.
This has been identified as a DEFECT in our software by the development team. There are no known workarounds at this stage. We will update this page when we have identified a resolution.
