About this webinar:

This session will provide you with the knowledge to manage employee benefits and additional payments within the HR system, ensuring they are properly linked to the Reward Statement for effective tracking and communication.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:
– Add different benefits to each employee’s Benefits tab.
– Understand how benefits link to the Reward Statement.
– Amend or deactivate a benefit as required.
– Upload benefits in bulk using the Data Generator (Ultimate customers only).
– Add Pro memberships to link to the Reward Statement.
– Add additional payments to the Payroll tab to appear on the Reward Statement.
– Run reports on employee benefits for comprehensive tracking and analysis.
