For us, commercial success goes hand in hand with being a good corporate citizen. So we’ve given our corporate social responsibility a fresh focus, made a renewed commitment and allocated additional resources:
- We’ve integrated CSR into our day-to-day work and the way we conduct our business relationships, and have recently introduced a purchasing practice that supports rural fruit-growers and lowers atmospheric carbon levels in Malawi
- We give our employees three ‘Giving Back’ days a year on top of their annual holiday entitlement to support local community and national charitable causes – that’s over 700 days every year donated to help the community. See how some of our team use their giving back days…
