The annual IRIS & Earnie Online Conference is now just days away, join us on the day where our theme will be improving payroll & HR effectiveness.
Back in November, we took over Twickenham Stadium for the annual IRIS & Earnie Conference. Just like it is every year, feedback from the event was great and we’re already looking forward to November this year. Before we get there, we’re hosting the second annual virtual conference for those who were unable to make it to London last year.
The theme of this year’s conference is ‘improving payroll & HR effectiveness’ which is a hot topic at the moment. Learn more about how you can improve your own payroll and HR effectiveness and how IRIS can help you through every step
Additionally, we have guest presentations from Beverley Smith from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, Marie Walsh of Consilia Legal, as well as senior management from IRIS. Both Beverley and Marie will be discussing two of the hottest topics in payroll at present, holiday pay and employment law. These are two subjects we’ve written about in great detail recently, with changes to the way UK businesses calculate holiday pay coming sooner rather than later, and employment law – particularly for smaller businesses – is always changing. Joining us on Thursday 23rd February from 10am really can benefit you and your business.
There will be expert sessions showing payroll and HR software hints and tips and where you can get all your questions answered. If you’re a payroll or HR professional looking to get an insight into what the future holds for your field, this is the event for you.
Here’s the agenda for the event:
