Problem
When trying to select a different company user gets error 3050 - couldn't lock file
Resolution
This is caused by a network lock on the data file for this company.
This is usually fixed by rebooting the PC.
If this is a persistent problem the network administrator will need to kill the network lock on the database file and investigate why this lock isn’t clearing automatically
