Problem
It has been identified that users who have Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 installed are encountering the following error: "Temporary Name Library Error" Library error : 3 DOS ERROR CODE 13 Permission denied LINE No :104 in module. ttk0039.c
Resolution
Exclusions will need to be configured with Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. Following the steps below should help to resolve the issue.
- Right Click the Kaspersky Icon in the bottom right corner.
- Click Settings and then click Threats & Exclusions<
- Under Exclusions, click Settings
- Click Add and enter the path to the server.
NOTE: The path will either be in the format similar to \\IRIS-SERVER\IRIS or I:\IRIS. This will be specific to your configuration.
- lick Trusted Applications, Click Add and then Click Browse.
- You will now need to set exclusions for the commonly affected programs.
NOTE: The executable files for each module are listed below
For Accounts Production – iwinaprd.exe
For Business Tax – iwinbtax.exe
For Personal Tax – iwinptax.exe
- Tick all the boxes, Click OK, Click OK,
- Click Apply and then Click OK
