Problem
In the 17.1.0 release there is an issue with the charge rate not defaulting back to the staff members standard rate when making timesheet postings. If you make a posting using a work type which has a set charge rate then the next posting line after will also take the same charge rate. This is only occurring when the work type carry forward option is ticked in Time Ledger Options|Time Entry.
Resolution
The workaround for this would be to untick the carry forward work type box within Time Ledger Options|Time Entry
