Problem
Some customers have reported that they are unable to see sub folders in OpenSpace, which means they are unable to view the files or upload to those sub folders. This was caused by an OpenSpace update on Thursday night.
Resolution
You and your client can view all files in OpenSpace still but using the dashboard screen instead by clicking on the ‘All Files’ option, uploads will still work from IRIS and directly in OpenSpace if you upload to top level folders. This is planned to be fixed Monday evening, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
