Problem
When opening IRIS Time users receive the following message: The Time Ledger pending queue was recently updated, however the process did not complete successfully. It is recommended that you run a check to ensure all instructions have been processed. To run the check click OK
Resolution
To prevent this message from appearing one user will need to follow the steps shown below:
- Click OK on the prompt
- You will be asked if you have a backup of your IRIS Database, if you do click yes. If you do not have a backup click no, it is recommended to have a recent backup before completing these steps.
- You will be prompted to select a time period to put any remaining postings into, IRIS recommended to select the latest current period.
- Click OK
- Once the process it complete a message will be shown on the top line of the window showing ‘Processing Completed’
