Problem
After generating the return and sending it to the printer, the cover letter page of the return is blank.
Resolution
This issue is planned to be fixed in 18.2.0 version of IRIS
The workaround is as follows:
1. After the return prints to screen, save it as a PDF.
2. Open up the PDF and print.
This should then print the cover letter successfully.
This has been resolved in the version 18.2.0, please make sure you are running this version
