How do I change a users password?
Resolution
Following the steps below may help to change the password.
To Change Your Own Password
- Log into System Maintenance
- Click Staff
- Click Change Own Password
- You will be prompted to enter the password password twice
- Click OK to apply the changes
To Change Another Users Password
- Open System Maintenance
- Login to IRIS as the MASTER user
- Click Staff, Click Change user’s password
- You will be prompted twice for the password
- Click OK to apply the changes
