Problem
How to enable live messages from IRIS support?
This service allows our support team to quickly communicate directly with you for a variety of reasons from knowledgebase solutions to common queries and specific details on HMRC gateway downtime or even important updates or latest news for your software.
Resolution
You will need to log into the admin mode of the software (NAME: SYSTEM and your admin password).
Once logged into the admin mode go to the “File” menu and click on “Enable Messages from IRIS“:
Once this is done you will see messages similar to this when you start payroll:
Payroll will also save old messages in case you want to refer back to them, to see a list of your old archived messages go to “Help” and click on “Messages for IRIS“
This will display the list of all saved messages, to view the details of a message click on it and then click “View Message“:
