I am getting a Sharing Violation Error when running the Iris Update

1. Click Start and then click File Explorer. 2. Click the View tab in File Explorer and then click the Options button (or click the drop down menu and click Change folder and search options) 3. Click the View tab at the top of Folder Options. 4. Scroll down until you notice – Hide extensions for known file types, un-check this line by clicking the check box. 5. Click OK 6. Rename the download from IRISXXX.exe to IRISXXX.zip 7. Double click on the file which will create a new Practice folder 8. Open the Practice folder 9. Run setup.exe which will progress through the install
