Problem
It has been identified that some customers are getting an error when trying to print various report iwinaprd.exe has encountered an error and needs to close
Resolution
We are currently investigating the root cause of this problem and expect any resolution to be provided in the Service Pack which is scheduled for May 2017.
In the meantime exiting out of IRIS completely and then trying again will allow the report to run. Should you continue to experience issues please send details to IRIS Support
