Problem
How to close a Time/Fees period? A Time/Fees period has been closed in error. Is it possible to change the status back?
Resolution
It is only possible to change the status of a Time/Fees period in the following ways:
1. If you make a posting into a Time period that is Pending, it will change to Current
2. If you close a Time or Fees period that is Current, it will change to In reconciliation
3. If you close a Time or Fees period that is In reconciliation, it will change to Closed
It is not possible to undo any of these changes, unless you restore a backup of your database. For steps of how to do this please click here.
