Problem
Payroll isn't recovering any SSP.
Resolution
As of April 2014, you are no longer able to recover SSP paid to employees.
SSP should still be paid in the same way to qualifying employees but you can no longer reduce your remittance to HMRC because of this.
As such there is no requirement to send EPS submissions for SSP because you will not be reducing your payment.
