Can amended P11Ds be submitted online?

Resolution

Prior to 2023 all amendments needed to be filed on paper, but it was announced in the February HMRC Employer Bulletin that this is no longer the case. However, HMRC have not provided a mechanism for this via third party software. Instead the amendments must be completed via a link on their website which may be found here https://www.gov.uk/employer-reporting-expenses-benefits/reporting-and-paying, under the section titled ‘Correct an error’.
