Problem
When trying to open help files / guides in payroll user gets the following error:
Resolution
This Windows setting needs to be refreshed.
Go to “Control Panel” > “Default Programs“
From the options click on “Set program access and computer defaults“
Click on the arrows next to “Custom“
From the options click to put the dot next to one of the named entries ie. don’t use the option “Use my current web browser”
Click “OK“
Restart the PC and you will be able to access the guides from the menu options.
