One Client Crashing when Generating Forms

Problem

I am able to generate forms for other clients but for one client it causes the program to crash

Resolution

This is a known issue which has been fixed in the October 2016 release. In the meantime users can follow the steps below to resolve the problem;

Go to Client Maintenance
Enter something into the Business Description field and save (but don’t log if prompted)
Remove the value from the Business Description field and save (don’t log)
