Problem
Clients have reported issues when using the client browser. They intermittently receive iwin errors based on the module they are in.This issue occurs in the following circumstances:- Client browser is loading- Highlighting or double clicking on client- Clicking view or select
Resolution
We currently have this logged with the IRIS development team.
In the meantime there is the workaround shown below which will revert the client browser back to the previous client browser and stop the crashing.
1. Right Click on the Iris desktop icon and select open file location
2. Scroll to the top of the window and open the Database0 Folder
3. Double click on the file tt.ini
4. Scroll down to the section [SWITCHES] and add the entries below:
UseWPFClientBrowserManualOverride=Yes
UseWPFClientBrowser=No
5. Save the file
