Error 21000 type fatal, when trying to submit through FBI
Resolution
Click on the Configuration/Firm Details Spanner icon. Then choose the FBI tab. On the right hand side of this screen, there are Advanced options, please ensure that both the Alternate RAS and Alternate HTTP are ticked. Please now try again to submit. If they are ticked please try unticking them.
If the problem still occurs, this would suggest that either the anti-virus or the firewall is blocking the connection. Please speak to a IT person about configuring these.
