Problem

Not all fields are available in Data Mining when I generate a letter. The missing fields include: - Address - Attributes - Product - Services - WIP or Fees

Resolution

The folders ‘Address’, ‘Attributes’, ‘Product’, ‘Services’ and ‘WIP or Fees’ are only available to Practice Management users. This means that you must have Practice Management running to access these fields Practice Management must be opened before Data Mining was opened to see the fields. If you do not have a Practice Management licence please contact the IRIS Sales team on 0344 8155550
