End of support for Windows XP
Resolution
In April 2014 Microsoft officially ended their support of Windows XP. Since this time IRIS have continued to test on this operating system to ensure compatibility, beyond April 2017 we will no longer support IRIS payroll software running on Windows XP.
After this time IRIS will not be able to ensure compatibility with Windows XP. You will be required to upgrade to a supported platform (i.e. Windows 10) if you discover a problem with the software.
Continuing to use unsupported platforms represents a significant risk to your IT infrastructure and it is recommended you update to a supported platform as soon as possible.
