Prefiling validation regarding the 'OtherInformationSpace' or 'AnyOtherInformationSpace'

Problem

Error in XML: The Pattern constraint failed. Tag is 'OtherInformationSpace' or Tag is 'AnyOtherInformationSpace'.

Resolution

This error comes up when the xml finds extra spaces or trailing spaces in the Any Other Information or Additional Information fields. The below need to be checked:
Page TC2 – box 17
Page TR7 – box 19
Also possibly the following supplementary pages, if that particular client has those pages completed on their tax return.
SEF6 Self Employment Full Page 6, box 103 (To access this box: View Tax Return and go into page 2, View the Self-employment pages, click on the Additional Information Tab)
T2 Trust Page 2, box 26 (within a Self Assessment Return)
CG4 Capital Gains Page 4, box 54
RR3 Residence, Remittance Basis page 4, box 40
Please check these boxes, delete any extra lines, any trailing spaces at the end of text. The text should also be free flowing with no unusual characters. If the white box appears empty, then users must click into this box and use the arrows on the keyboard to see whether the cursor moves towards the left or down. If it does, the spaces must be deleted until the cursor does not move towards the left or down. This should resolve the problem.
