Problem
When running an Annual Report only one Batch of Postings is appearing?
Resolution
ALL Postings for ONE Financial Year should be entered into the SAME Posting Entry.
If only one ‘Batch’ of Postings appears within the Annual Report, it is likely that seperate Posting Entries have been created for each Batch.
Select: Posting | Select
If an individual line appears for each batch then the above is true. Postings will need to be re-posted within ONE Posting Entry.
Note: An option is available to import Postings from one entry to another. For further assistance please contact IRIS Support
If different Batches are required, these should be set up within ONE Posting Entry and NOT as seperate Posting Entries.
To change a Batch in the SAME Posting Entry.
Select: Posting | Post and then click Batch Control
Click New and the Enter the required Document Type.
If all the Postings have been made within one Posting Entry and still only one Batch is appearing, then:
Select: Batch Control | Re-open
Check that ‘Display postings as entered’ is set to ‘All’ and NOT ‘Batch’.
