How to promote a Tax Return to Final.

Problem

When viewing an interim or unrecorded Tax Return on screen, is it possible to change the status to the return to Final?

Resolution

Users are required to: 1. Log on to IRIS Personal Tax and select the client. 2. Generate the interim/unrecorded Tax Return. 3. Click the Options Tab located to the left of the PDF viewer screen 4. Click the Promote to Final option.
