PTP TP/CT - Password screen appearing when going into the PTP Software

Problem

When opening the program a Password Screen appears even though no password has been set.

Resolution

To switch off this prompt click on the Spanner icon and the Configuration tab. In the section called ‘Program Start-Up and End’, tick the box to Remove ‘Start Up’ password protection.
