Problem
The client cannot be found/registered within the Business Tax module
Resolution
Users are required to:
1. Log on to IRIS Business Tax
2. Go to Client | Select
3. Set the Database View option to Whole Practice
4. Locate the client then click Select and click Yes to register the business as a client
Business Tax will then prompt the user to create a posting file. The message will read ‘no posting entries make one’? Click yes and then either enter in a description and Click on OK once this is done to access the client in Business Tax
