V11.9 Tranche 2 updates of the Small Business, Enterprise & Employment Act 2015

There is a new tick box against involvements of companies (directors/secretaries) for Consent to Act, which is replacing the Personal Authentication Data required for submitting forms electronically from the 10th October 2015. This can be found by selecting Edit | Directors/Secretary The day part of Date of Births will be omitted on the public record from the 1st October 2015. This will affect the import of people from Companies House as it will no longer bring in the whole date and will therefore require a manual entry of the day. Due to both of these changes a number of forms (see detailed what’s new) will change from the 1st October 2015. These forms should be used from the 1st October 2015, any old forms listed below will be rejected even if the event happened before the 1st October.
