Problem
You will find if all employee records are marked as leavers you will be unable to finalise the current pay period
Resolution
Go to “Company” | “Payroll Calendar” and “Reset” (click “Reset/Remove” followed by “Reset”) the pay date to the next period you wish to process payroll.
If you are not going to pay any employees for the remainder of the tax year tick the option “Finalise all remaining periods“
